Q. How can Wakeye help my skiing?

Taking regular video of your skiing is the best way to improve your skiing rapidly. Using your iPhone to take that video now means every ski run is with you in your pocket. Instantly you can study your skiing any time anywhere.

Q. What size ski pylon will the Wakeye fit?

The Wakeye adjustable clamp system will fit all the major ski boat manufacturers ski pylon. The range of adjustment is between 42mm Diameter - 70mm Diameter.
The Wakeye comes with 2x3mm neoprene mount pads and 2x1mm neoprene mount pads and 2x6mm neoprene mount pads to go between the Wakeye clamp and the ski pylon. 

Q.Do you have a solution for every smartphone

Yes, the XT-One will hold all smartphones.

Q. Is it possible to use the Pylon Wakeye System with wakeboard towers?

Yes, on most towers the pylon system can fit above or below a wakeboard tower, contact us with dimensions of your tower and we will let you know if it will fit yours.



Q. How do I ensure my iPhone wont fall out of the Wakeye XT-One smartphone holder

Once the iPhone is loaded into the Wakeye it can be secured by rotating the locking screw into a notched position.

Q. How long after from the time of placing my order will the product ship?

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours.  

Q. How much will it cost to ship to the USA?

All international shipping is $30USD for one Wakeye unit  

Q. How much will it cost to ship in New Zealand?

Local shipping is $10 North Island, $15 South Island

Q. Why does video on the iPhone appear wavy?

The waviness that sometimes appears on the iPhone, 5s and 6 is a hardware issue.
We recommend choosing 120fps and turning the stabilization on.
